Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award

Key-Systems once again ‘Fast 50’ price winner

St. Ingbert, 2011-11-04, Deloitte has awarded the German based IT firm Key-Systems as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Germany for the fourth consecutive time. With cumulative revenue growth of 162 percent over the past five years (2006-2010) Key-Systems is ranked 43 of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2011. Having achieved rank 23 last year and rank 22 in 2009, the repeated award exemplifies Key-Systems continuous, successful development.

During the Deloitte Fast 50 award ceremony held yesterday in Frankfurt, the domain expert Key-Systems was awarded for rank 43. Once again the company achieved a position among the fastest growing technologies companies in Germany. Key-Systems is the only company from the federal state Saarland among the Fast 50 and one of the few domain name registrars. Correction: Key-Systems is not the only company from the federal state Saarland among the Fast 50. There are two more prize winners from Saarland in 2011.

‘Our six different business areas are targeted exactly to the specific needs of our clients – among them are more than 70,000 retail and corporate customers as well as over 1,800 resellers’, Key-Systems CEO Alexander Siffrin explains the continuous success of Key-Systems GmbH. ‘We combine attractive prices with extensive customer service and provide our clients with user-friendly, secure and fast domain, internet and IT services.’ COO Thorsten Smeets adds: ‘Our complete software is developed in-house and continuously updated. Thanks to the high degree of automation, our staff of more than 60 IT experts can dedicate their time to personal consulting and support of our clients.’

‘This year's ranking shows that especially technology companies with B2B products could establish themselves. Customer-oriented solutions are the basis for the impressive growth figures of the Fast 50 nominees, the Rising Stars and the Sustained Excellence winners’, Dieter Schlereth, Partner and Industry Leader TMT at Deloitte, explains.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program honors business growth, technological innovation and entrepreneurial spirit by geographic region. It grew out of a program initiated in the United States in 1995. In the USA and more recently in Europe, the Fast 50 program has expanded into the Fast 500 and is a recognized benchmark of success in the technology industry. In Germany, Technology Fast 50 took place for the 9th time in 2011. Deloitte determines the front-runners of the technology business in Germany by identifying companies' cumulative growth over the last five years.
