Bonnie Wittenburg is new CEO of Moniker
Luxembourg and Los Angeles, 2014-02-21, KeyDrive S.A. is pleased to announce that Bonnie Wittenburg has taken the position as CEO of its subsidiary Moniker. Since 2009, Bonnie Wittenburg has led the KeyDrive member Key-Systems USA, Inc. as Executive Vice President. Now she will also be responsible for the direction of Moniker registrar operations. Through her expanded role she will drive cooperation and develop a synergistic relationship between the KeyDrive members. Moniker is a full-service, ICANN-accredited domain registrar, premium brokerage, escrow and live auction house. The US based company is one of the top 10 ICANN accredited registrars for generic top level domains on the international market and member of the KeyDrive S.A. since January 2012. KeyDrive has more than 6 million domains under management.
Moniker currently has nearly two million domains under management. “I am excited for the opportunity to take on this new role with Moniker and look forward to focusing my attention on working with the team to build the business to new heights”, says Bonnie Wittenburg. She has been in the domain name industry since 1999, when she joined the idNames group that became part of Network Solutions and was later on acquired by Verisign in 2000. Bonnie moved on in 2004 to manage Iron Mountain’s corporate domain management business. She has managed domain portfolios for some of the world most recognized brand holders. In 2009 she joined Key-Systems as EVP of Key-Systems USA.
