NPRD Requests
Requests for non-public registration data (NPRD) must be submitted by email to [email protected] and must comply with the ICANN Registration Data Policy (Registration Data Policy).
Each request must, at a minimum
- Identify the requestor
- Specify the requested data elements
- Specify the domain name
- State the legitimate interest and legal basis
- Confirm good-faith submission and
- Demonstrate compliance with applicable data protection laws, especially GDPR (including appropriate safeguards and data deletion)
Requests are accepted on a per-domain basis only and for currently registered domains.
All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with ICANN requirements and applicable law.
